First time experiencing service here, I feel the staff here are very friendly and extremely happy. The room is very new and always clean. The hotel is close to the center so it will be convenient for eating. I will come back here for my next business trip. It's great!

I have stayed in many hotels in my life, but I can honestly say this was the most disgusting, horrendous, dirtiest, lowdown, rundown hotel I’ve ever been in. I wouldn’t even let my dog sleep in there. The only thing this hotel has for itself is the location other than that it’s absolutely disgusting and I would not recommend it to anyone. I had to rebook a new hotel on the same day, as I was unable to sleep in such a disgusting room. This hotel is barely a one star.

We are disappointed with our stay at Anise Hotel and Spa in Ha Noi. The room didn't match the website's portrayal, the breakfast was subpar, and the cramped restaurant consistently led to 15-20 minute waits for seating. On the upside, the hotel's proximity to Train Street and the weekend beer market was a notable positive.

We have stayed at this hotel for two nights...small room..decent washroom....don't go by the photos posted online..Wifi is good... Breakfast was good...Location is also good..everything within walking distance of 1-2kms....We arrived at 2:30 AM...No one to carry ur luggage to room for check in or check out... Concierge service was very good...they kept our luggage properly for 2 days

It is a reasonably good Hotel with spacious room and adequately sized toilet. Housekeeping is good - rooms are well maintained with white bed linens and towels. Breakfast is quite basic but includes fruits, cakes, Vietnamese soups etc. Location is good and one can buy food from outlets in the street. As in most of Vietnam Hotels, there are three shortcomings : - communication in English, no room service or dining facility and no bell boy.
